Backing up AFS at University of West Bohemia
Abstract
For nearly all backup services University of West Bohemia we use open
source Bacula backup system. The main reasons that led us to its deployment
were the cost and demand for the connection of all backup devices (tapes,
disk arrays) to the one backup system. The presentation will describe how
we backup AFSDB servers and backup volumes including users access rights,
using combination of Bacula and calling AFS functions.
